The Langley Seniors Recreation & Resource Centre provides a facility with a friendly, cheerful and caring environment where you can take part in a complete social and recreational program designed specifically for those 50 years and older.
Participation in these activities will help you develop your independence, physical mobility and interest in living. It will also help to maintain your selfworth to the fullest.

The dining room is open daily from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Come for coffee and nutritious meals. Meet old acquaintances and make new friends over a cup of coffee and a muffin.

For less active members, there are arts & crafts and movies. Also, our fireplace lounge provides a quiet, restful place for conversation, reading a book, playing cards, or working on a puzzle.
For seniors experiencing isolation outreach volunteers provide transportaion, shopping assistance and regualr telephone contact.
Specialized care and support services are available for adults with physical and/or mental challenges who live alone or with family care givers.
Additional services include health monitoring, caregiver support, therapeutic bathing, nutritional assistance and social contact. A carefully planned social and recreational program is also provided.

As a charitable and privately funded organization, the society relies on revenue from membership dues, rental fees, fund raising events, government grants and coporate and individual contributions.
